Lauren Friel is an award-winning sommelier and Author. Since opening Rebel rebel in 2018, her program has earned three James Beard Foundation nominations for Outstanding Wine Program nationwide, a spot on Bon Appétit's America's Top 10 Bars, and features in the New York Times, Saveur, the boston globe, and beyond. an activist and founding voice in the natural wine world, she's been shaking up the industry for more than 20 years— one glass at a time.
